Juicing benefits are many but they are seriously impacted by the quality of your juice. The degree to which you enjoy the benefits of juicing is determined by the degree of the quality of your juice production or how it is processed.  The purpose of juicing is: what's in it for me? Or, the end results realized. One of many benefits of juicing is more energy. Juice taken from fresh raw vegetables will energize you as nothing else can, naturally and without adverse side affects, it can be phenomenal!  Another benefit of juicing is better health! It's amazing what proper juicing will do for your health. I could relate story after story of cures or greatly reduced symptoms all due to juicing. In less than 3 weeks I lowered my blood pressure from recommended prescription treatment to normal levels. Many report healing from such diseases as diabetes, heart problems and even cancer all as a result of proper juicing.  In 8 weeks I lost 20 pounds. Oh... that is one of those non-adverse side affects of juicing! While many juice for weight control my purpose was to become healthier. Proper juicing will return your weight to where it should be, based on your body, all done... naturally.  Juicing benefits are far too many for me to list here but my point is that the degree to which these benefits are enjoyed via juicing is dependent upon the degree of your juice quality.
